It’s confirmed! You’re expecting. With the preparation for a new child and a new additional member of the family, it’s certainly an exciting time, a time of great anticipation. And the most important person in the whole equation is you – and of course your baby!
It’s a good time to keep yourself in good physical shape for both your own health and that of your baby As your pregnancy advances you become much more aware of your baby’s health and wellbeing. And although you are now more limited in what you can do, it is your baby’s development that often prompts expectant mums to seek sensible and healthy alternative activity – such as Pilates and Massage.
This is where Reformer Pod is a really great solution. The Reformer Pod studio is a fully mobile Massage and Pilates unit, hygienically maintained and equipped with a Medisink ensuring a completely clean and safe facility.
Really it is just like walking into a Pilates Studio or Remedial Massage clinic, but in this case the unit comes to you – at home, at work, or an agreed location of convenience.
The Reformer Pod services include:
- Pregnancy Massage
- Pregnancy Pilates – Mat and Reformer, private one-on-one in person.
- Pre-Pregnancy and Post-Natal Pilates and Personal Training one-on-one
- Combination Session – Pilates and Massage (Pregnancy Massage combined with Pilates for a full body treatment)
- Infant Massage – teaching parents and caregivers the gift of massage.
